We are new patients to your surgery 10months moved to the area ,we find the Doctors and staff very helpful, receptionists are always very polite and helpful, so far very pleased with our treatment .
Suggested improvements
The only thing we find with our repeat prescriptions is that we have to wait till they are almost out before we can order again ,before with our other surgery you could order 10days ahead

Like everywhere - it’s virtually impossible to see a doc - I prefer personally the nurse practitioner

Easier to get appointment with whatever Doctor is available,
Six week wait for my own Doctor

Informed me on progress regarding my problem, I feel I had been left on the shelf with no foreseeable cure.
A Year and a half has past and I am still in pain regarding my foot.
