I was contacted by the surgery to phone them after 14.30, but it took 2 attempts and waits of around 12 minutes combined for the phone to be answered. Email would have been more effective. As it turned out, the matter had already been dealt with so it wasted everyone's time.
I rang to speak to my GP,, He rang me a coule of hours later, resolved my problem and rescribed new medication which i got the next day.
We value our surgery very much , We particularly appreciate having our own doctor - something that makes us feel cared for and safe.
The only gripe if any was that the routine and regular but non-urgent blood test appointment was over a month away. Otherwise always friendly and helpful staff.
The GP hadn't pressed correct buttons to send prescription to the pharmacy and took a long time for pharmacist to sort out and draw down from the cloud. The receptionist didn't seem to know the procedure but very nice.
The Arundel Surgery was awarded the iWantGreatCare certificate of excellence in 2024 for delivering outstanding care.
