Dr Alex Norton Smith has a very caring aproach and puts patient at ease during surgery visits.

When phoning for an appointment the voice system is very repetitive ans frankly long winded. It gets frustrating when on hold because there is no is no way of knowing where you are in the queue. Have been at times been on hold for more than 30 minutes.

I had an excellent experience on Monday when I phoned mid morning in the hope of getting an appointment with Dr Roux sometime soon.I was given an appointment that morning and when I saw the Doctor she was extremely helpful and constructive with her advice.

All good.

We are very pleased with the service we get from the Arundel Surgery. Dr Roux, the nurses and the staff are kind, helpful and respectful. My wife has Alzheimer's and the support is excellent

Maybe a bit prompter on sticking with appointment times, but we appreciate that this is difficult.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. It isn’t always easy to get an appointment but I think like most DRs surgeries they are short staffed and do their best. Dr was helpful and friendly. Surgery very clean and tidy

The self service check on could be better sign post as they have moved it to where you come in to the reception and then attached paper copy letters with other info so I thought was just notices. All fine though receptionist was very helpful .
