Would have been five stars throughout however the receptionist to whom I spoke on the telephone questioned my request not to see a particular doctor and then proceeded to tell me that my views were incorrect. I have had to sign up for remote booking - less availability? So that I do not need to speak with this particular receptionist again. Previous encounters have been great but this has knocked my confidence in the team.

Please be aware that you do not have to sign up for remote booking, you are welcome to phone the surgery to book appointments.
