The website based appointment system worked very well (although I had been sceptical about it beforehand). I was contacted by a doctor within an hour of completing the online details and given a full length consultation with the Doctor. I’m very pleased with the outcome. The system worked well for me.

The surgery is welcoming and clean, and the new online enquiry system has made it much easier to book appointments. My autistic 8-year-old son had an appointment with Dr Verma recently. He was kind, thoughtful and reassuring, explaining each part of the examination and suggesting alternative approaches where appropriate. He worked at my son's pace, which meant that the consultation went very smoothly. Medical appointments can be a huge challenge for children who find changes to their routine difficult or who have sensory sensitivities, but Dr Verma's approach worked wonderfully. This great experience will make future appointments much easier for my son. We’ve been patients at Thameside for 15 years and the care we’ve received has always been very good.

I spoke to Fatemah, clinical pharmacist which explained it really well the reason for taking each of my medications and arranged my prescriptions to be sent to pharmacy for 6 months which is very convenient.

The new online booking system is excellent,once you know how to get into it! A smoother link from the website would make a difference I think The other problem is for people without access to a computer. Maybe a form they could fill in?
