We have been patients at Thameside Medical Practice for over 30 years. During that time the practice has changed immeasurably and is a totally different practice today than it was when we joined.
Whilst we, as a family, have had very good GP’s during our lifetimes, Thameside today is the best practice. The doctors are excellent, the staff are a joy to deal with and we feel very lucky to have this as our local practice. Thameside is a reason not to move to a different area.
Our Doctor, Dr Zeffert-Anderson, is a truly brilliant GP, nothing phases her and she always seems to have the answers to any health problems. Moreover, she’s always so friendly, kind and approachable.
Suggested improvements
The health service in this country is on its knees, however, you don’t get that impression from Thameside Medical Practice. Nothing is too much trouble and the triage system works brilliantly.
