It's 12th April today, I called Thameside this morning needing an appointment with a GP with a reasonable degree of urgency. Of course receptionists at Thameside don't do urgent or helpful, just contempt.
Either the doctors have lost the plot completely or they are not in control of what was happening and so what I was offered was a telephone triage appointment for 11th May four weeks away.
This is utterly disgraceful and completely unacceptable. Like others, I will go elsewhere, other GP practices in this patch are better, don't suffer this awful practice.

Where do I start? Remember you patients are paying for your services. Start providing them.
