Awful terrible service. Everyone us just a number. No empathy from the receptionists. Its like every time you phone your disturbing them. Awful. Leaving them trying somewhere else.
Suggested improvements
Treat people with respect and dignity when they call to get an appointment. Especially with people with learning difficulties. It's not easy for them to call to get appointments when the receptionists are so rude.
