I am very satisfied by the care provided by this medical P:ractice.
I particularly like the system whereby the doctor rings back and assesses whether it is necessary to see the patient , or whether medication can be prescribed over the phone.
This way, the patient gets to speak to the doctor quickly and certainly that day.
Sometimes, only advice is needed , which is fine.
I am also happy with the system of calling patients for blood tests/blood pressure tests as often as necessary.
The receptionists are always helpful and courteous.

Prompt and reassuring. After speaking to a receptionist over the phone, a GP phone me back that day and then made an appointment for me after the weekend.
During the consultation I did mention that, having taken photographs of the wart giving me concern, it might have been useful if I could have sent these electronically for consideration by a GP. While I accept there are confidentiality issues involved, it does seem to me that some kind of online service could be a useful and cost-effective extra arm of the NHS in helping it cope with the expected ever-increasing demands on it in the future.
