I find all the staff at the surgery are kind and helpful.
On more than once occasion Jackie has gone beyond the call of duty, picking up on problems, making sure that my husband has been seen by a Dr when his initial visit is just to have blood taken. She is very aware of people and their needs and is a young woman of care and compassion.
