All the staff are friendly and efficient, often doing a lot more than basic treatment. The premises are always bright and clean, the music in the waiting area not often to my taste, but is a mere detail.

I find all the staff at the surgery are kind and helpful. On more than once occasion Jackie has gone beyond the call of duty, picking up on problems, making sure that my husband has been seen by a Dr when his initial visit is just to have blood taken. She is very aware of people and their needs and is a young woman of care and compassion.

Very helpful and sorted a number of unrelated issues in a timely manner. Trained receptionists was very good but had ample support or advice when required.
