Very impressed ...The receptionist was really helpful and friendly ..the new Doctor was really friendly ...helpful..explained everything and put me at ease straight away ..he was very good

With all senior practice gp retiring and revolving door on staff it's hard to get to know a doctor or appointment with ease

Miss have gp feel can rely on with ongoing conditions so better availability and consistency

Got a snotty email saying prescription was going to weekly until I go in for routine checkup, then 3 weeks to get an appointment with the nurse, absolute joke!

Get some more resource, change tone text

To date the care I have received has been excellent. Although I gave 5 stars for appointments it is difficult sometimes to get a same day appointment but I suppose this can't be helped with a practice of this size. Keep up the good work.

Again I would bring up appointments but as I said above you can't help when people are going to be ill.
