Never had a problem getting a appointment

Some reception staff never even lift their heads to acknowledge people nor do they say hello or goodbye needs addressing.

It did have a good system but not So easy now to get appointments with Doctors you wish to see

Can not understand when you ring 8 00 And all appointments have gone by 8 05 Something not right

The telephone system has a fault which cuts you off randomly when you get through to speak to a receptionist.

When calling for an appointment there isn’t many to have so you need to phone exactly on opening. The receptionists can be quite direct but understandable considering the volume of calls they need to get through. When you arrive at the surgery the receptionists barely lift their heads or even crack a smile which I find unwelcoming.
