receptionists are really helpful, they always accomodate my needs and I can always express what i want from the surgery.
Doctors ring back when they say they will.

All the doctors are very understanding, telephone appointments are great also. Several of our family have found that Dr Hett has made comments about being in a hurry or why do you need to see a dr when you could go to your chemist
