Problems with sight caused the restriction of driving, spent 6 months between specialist and doctors for an answer and thou the specialist said it had nothing to do with his work I still had to chase around for the resume to drive. Can't get an appointment as sleep problems mean I can't phone at 7 30 even after requests for a date in the future no appointments available. Constantly report medical conditions, they're put on the computer but nothing is talking about just recorded,so still no further forward after an appointment than before.

Suggested improvements
Explain medical conditions instead of just recording them. Being able to book an advanced appointment if you fit into a certain criteria like sleep problems etc. Better links between the practice and specialists over complex medical decisions
