It is always very impossible to get an appointment because there are specific days you must call by 7:30am and other days by 8:00am, if you're on the phone to call on either of these times, you may be lucky to be waiting on the queue, between 8 minutes to 15 minutes which is largely dependent on your number on the queue. When your phone is eventually connected, you're most likely to be told that there are no appointments for that day again and no immediate possible future appointments available, this doesn't depict any sign of emphaty on the part of the receptionist. On some occasions I had to go for walk-in at Blaydon with my son.

Suggested improvements
I don't know how you will be able to improve this situation with this current system. Professional receptionists that are emphatic with nice words are needed.
