Brilliant service from reception to medical health professionals.
Suggested improvements
May you please inform patients whilst still seated in reception area before they enter Dr’s room that there is a student Dr or nurse present. It’s embarrassing to say no to refuse a student in their presence.
Is there a better way of calling patients than writing their full name on an electronic board in the waiting area full of other patients?
