I used the website to request a review with a clinician about my son who had a minor health issue. I was able to attach a photo also. Within a couple of hours, a GP called me, and sorted the problem within a few minutes over the phone thanks to the photo.
The online service can be difficult to navigate at first, but it can and does work really well once you understand how to do it. The doctor was also kind and knowledgeable. I much prefer this approach than having to call at 8am with everyone else, have to wait in a queue on the phone. I am also very happy to have the option of a telephone consultation meaning I didn’t have to take my boy out of school to be seen, or take any time off work. An excellent service, thank you.
