the website is an absolute nightmare to access around it ... it says the message service is open from 6.30 am .. wrong doesn't come up till 8 am .. when registering it tells you send picture ID, then take ID to surgery to confirm .. to get your login details wrong ... they email your login details did this ... the receptionists didn't know what I was talking about ... on support ... tells you how to book appt . the page shown does not come up so much info is wrong on website and they wonder why people write reviews like this all there is to contact on line is the message form

Suggested improvements
some one needs to sort out whole website, complicated , confusing and incorrect info they say 2 days to get reply .... yet no appts available same day feel sorry for the elderly who are not computer literate or no access to one.
