During the last 18 months or so I've always found that I've been able to book a face to face appointment if needed. These have generally been within 1-3 days but and even same day when the appointment is for my baby. I've found all the doctors, except for one, have taken the time to understand whatever the issues was and were very supportive.

Can't think of anything at this time.
