I have received a wonderful service from the practice, in detecting, referral and follow up for various issues, the last of which was blood cancer. Apart from my medical treatment the reception and support personnel have always been efficient, friendly and understanding. This is against the backdrop of a Covid pandemic where front line medics are having to rely on telephone consultation rather than face to face. Also its worth remembering that we pay significantly less per capita for health care than other large European countries. I just wish some of the rude and ill mannered patients in front of me at the practice would take a moment to realise the realities of the situation. Thank you again and a special thanks to the reception team.

Suggested improvements
Not a lot given the circumstances except perhaps a more strident explanation of why you are reluctantly having to rely on telephone consultations.
