One of the worst places to go if you are unwell. The receptionists hate people, are unhelpful, unapproachable and rude. Getting an appointment is impossible and their online booking system doesn’t work. I have now left this surgery to prevent my poor health from deteriorating further.

Better training for the receptionists. They don’t seem to understand patients don’t come to the surgery to have a party and they make the difficult process of navigating one’s health ten times worse Make sure the technology works before fobbing patients off Find volunteers wherever possible Can’t really speak about the doctors because I can’t get an appointment and the last doctor I spoke to was a random on the 111 service
