First come first serve appointment system which the extremely rude receptionists are more than happy to aggressively inform you of. Been trying for 3 weeks to get a telephone appointment and I must say that it's easier for my dog to get an appointment with the pdsa. The lack of concern that they show thier registered patients is appalling and makes me wonder just what it is they practice at the Sydenham green group practice???

Suggested improvements
First, get rid of your first come first serve appointment system as it shows a huge lack of concern for your patients and is causing patients to suffer unnecessarily. Second, get rid of or retrain your receptionists as they are always extremely rude and hang up the phone on you 99% of the time. Third, reduce the time a person has wait on the phone when calling to make an appointment. At present it's an average of one hour.
