Was sent a text message informing me to get in touch with GP for the results of a X-ray. Spent 1hour and 30 minutes on the phone only to have someone on the other end to hang up on me .. next day after 3 attempts got through to one of the receptionist only to be told that they couldn’t give me a telephone appointment.. But was informed that I could use the app to book appointments.. Tried that No telephone appointment.. Is this the service that this surgery offers then it is no wonder it is in the bottom 10 of surgeries in SE London ..

Suggested improvements
Turn the phones off when there is no chance of an appointment. And not have people thinking they have opportunity to get appointments. Don’t send people text messages telling them to get in touch with the surgery when even telephone appointments aren’t available Ask the surgery manager if he or she thinks there doing a good job
