I have been attending the Sutherlandlodge Surgery for over 50 years and in all that time I have receive excellent service from whomever I have seen; be it a doctor, a nurse or some other member of staff.
During the time I have been a patient the method of running the practice has been changed (usually on instructions from "on high") and each change has been introduced in a way that is most suitable for the whole practice, i.e. patients and staff.
I hope that I will be able to continue as a patient of the practice for the rest of my life.
Keep up the good work, despite those "on high".

Thank you for this positive feedback. I hope we are just as helpful for a good few more years to come. Despite the Government comments (and the Daily Mail) we truly are here to service our patients and listen to their views.
