My wife was asked to complete an E consultation online with pictures of her excema. She uploaded the pictures and answered the questions and at the end the notice on the screen said she must contact the surgery. She was told to phone on the Monday, three days later. Another three days of extreme discomfort without a prescription.
Had the first appointment of the day at 8.30 booked in advance and waited over half an hour to see the Dr. No wonder you can never get an appointment here. Awful way to run things and the staff and completely unsympathetic.
Doctors should listen to patients . We all know when something is not right , I've been totally dismissed by last doctor
arfull run surgery.
When you phone the surgery no one answers you get a busy tone even when you continually phone for 10 minutes then when they answer you usually can't get an appointment for about 4 weeks and then not very helpful and if you can not get a answer on the phone and go straight there, there is hardly anyone there ?
