Good afternoon, I would like to take the time to highlight and compliment Andy Bawler. I recently saw him in clinic at Sunnymeed Surgery. He was the most compassionate, understanding and knowledgeable gentleman. He took the time to listen to my concerns, reassuring me and referring me to the relevant services and people to help me move forward. My children had their 1-year and pre-school vaccinations today. The receptionist was kind enough to help me with my baby, whilst I held my son for his vaccinations. The nurse was brilliant with both kids, and helped keep a stressed-out mum calm. I told my son that the vaccinations would make him big and strong. He was disappointed that this change wasn't instantaneous, but I don't think the nurse can be blamed for that!
