I've completed the online form twice in the last 2-weeks requesting for an urgent appointment and I have still not heard anything back from - however, they send me covid and other vaccine related messages constantly! They get paid commission from the drug companies on how many lethal vaccines they pump into people, however when it comes to helping patients to book an appointment, absolutely nothing, terrible! On top of this, they have implemented a new phone system called "Sunny" - it should be called "Misery" instead, absolutely useless. You call and it asks for a "Pin" which i do not have and was never given one! Do yourself a favour and implement a system which actually works and is a service to your patients, the very you are in business!

Online form and the telephone system Misery is obviously not work or catering for your patients! Rectify and implement something which is useful!

Had my flu and COVID vaccination today every thing went well nurse who did it was friendly and very gentle when delivering the vaccine thank you

This is hands down the worst doctors surgery going. Appalling non existent service. They don't answer the phone. You cannot book appointments. Terrible. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!

On Wednesday 11 September I was checked for Blood Pressure and More by Nicholas Clark, she was Excellent & gave me some Important Information. I have ALWAYS been Very Happy with Everyone at the Surgery. Excellent care that I have Received. The Only thing that nowadays I find Terrible for Older people of my Age is that it has All become too Technical - Apps etc NO HUMAN telephone answering the Phone. I received something on my Mobile could not find Info as went to an App, then No telephone Answering luckily I was able to walk to the Surgery & find out some Information SO on the Future I feel that when I am Much Older together with Other Older people we could die as I live on my Own and No Family at All. I don't have to Sort Out things

You need HUMANS to answer the phone Not a Robot asking for a PIN number , No Idea what is my PIN number. Also send Real Text messages to my Mobile NOT TO an App
