All staff at Sunny Meed are very very good,I have to take regular blood tests and Mrs C Fluker in particular has been a great help in all aspects of my health care

Every body I have had the pleasure of dealing with at this surgery is always extremely helpful and pleasant. All treatment/care I have received has been of the highest standard.

Having been diagnosed with a serious illness (cancer) after the surgery wasn't able to do so despite several visits, I was then never contacted by the surgery after they were informed of my illness. Subsequently they have been very unhelpful whenever I have needed prescriptions and the majority of the time get them wrong as well, so despite being seriously ill I keep havong to back and forth between the surgery and the chemist to try and get the correct prescriptions out of the surgery. Getting an appointment isn't too difficult but getting looked after properly seems impossible.

Dr Rankin is an excellent doctor, the best in the surgery in my opinion, always proving a personal, in-depth service. But he's always running extremely late! (Over an hour on more than one occasion). I don't appreciate the reception and waiting area being open plan, total lack of privacy when talking to the receptionist and it's constantly possible to overhear confidential telephone conversations. Also, one single receptionist on duty speaking to patients and also answering the phone means a lot of waiting in a queue, there should be two receptionists on at all times doing one job each.
