Standard response "Go on the Website. Next!" Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the receptionist to a man who cannot read or write in english and therefore doesn't need a computer. He is in pain but doesn't feel he should have to go to hospital for it.

Suggested improvements
Make appointments. If you are a receptionist, do reception. Why can't appointments be made online if the human receptionists refuse to do any of the traditional work they used to do?
