I would like to send a note of thanks to the Sunnymeed pharmacist who called on Monday 28 Feb to go through all the medications of my mother. I am afraid I didn't catch her name - but the attention to detail and support she provided was absolutely excellent.
In all the years of looking after my mother ( and via her previous GP practice) I have never had this service, which I am sure is also a huge benefit to the GP's.
