Having been diagnosed with a serious illness (cancer) after the surgery wasn't able to do so despite several visits, I was then never contacted by the surgery after they were informed of my illness. Subsequently they have been very unhelpful whenever I have needed prescriptions and the majority of the time get them wrong as well, so despite being seriously ill I keep havong to back and forth between the surgery and the chemist to try and get the correct prescriptions out of the surgery. Getting an appointment isn't too difficult but getting looked after properly seems impossible.
