I attended the acute illness clinic within an hour of completing the online form. I waited about 30mins as the GPs were running late but that’s far better than the horror stories of waiting 3 weeks to see a doctor at other surgeries. I had completed online form giving an outline of my problem. Saw nurse quickly for obs and I was listened to by GP. Excellent service thank you
