The surgery is always as helpful as is possible. In my experience we have the best group of Dr's receptionists anyone could wish for , they are always polite and helpful and will do anything within their power to help you. They are a perfect compliment to the Doctors within the surgery who work along the same basic principles.
I don't think there is much else to add.
