Sunbury Health Centre has taken a lot of negative press of late and under the circumstances I do not feel it is fully justified.
Yes your call can take quite some time to be answered but bear in mind what they are dealing with and the amount of people the surgery are currently serving.
I recently needed to speak and see a Dr quite quickly and both the Receptionist and Duty Doctor were nothing short of excellent to me and for me.
My welfare was foremost with both parties and despite their hectic rounds of patient calls and visits I was never rushed or made to feel routine.
