This surgery is stretched to breaking point.
The building needs a complete overhall and clean - the walls are filthy and I would hate to think about all the germs that are in the waiting rooms. I don't believe they have been cleaned or redecorated in the 5 years that I have lived in the area.
In some of the rooms the tiles are off the walls above the sinks and they are full of books, which again are a breeding ground for germs.
Even if you are sick, it really isn't a very welcoming place.
It needs a complete overhaul. Redecoration, steam clean to get rid of germs - rooms tidied up and redecorated.
The paintwork needs redoing desperately.
Ultimately the building is far too small for the number of patients it has to cater for and if we are now all going to have to put up with the extra houses on the London Irish ground, then there needs to be an additional surgery in the area to cater for all the patients that now require healthcare.
