there is a monumental black hole thee singular 'missing piece' in the jigsaw that has rendered the practise to verge on ' unfit for purpose' ?
who are the various persons in nhs who cowardly hide ? who could promptly rectify ?
who are the real culprits ? they are unfit for purpose and need replaced pronto ?
that is negligent. culpable. demands the law.
the staff and the patients deserve greatest recognition in respecting each other....albeit at breaking point.
