This is the worst of the worst practices I've ever been to.
It is difficult to get an appointment and when one does, the service is usually below standard.
I had a horrible experience today with Dr Bilal -whose tone and conduct demonstrated a dire lack of professionalism (she was borderline rude and brash). I didn't feel listened to as a patient.
