For mental health patients, who can find it hard to register repeat prescriptions in a timely fashion, their service is abominable. After being told that people on anti-depressant/anti anxiety drugs have now run out, these patients are told "Three days. Or, you can come in in person, and MAYBE we can get it to you in two."
This is simply unacceptable.
Have since moved my partner to my surgery, where patient's welfare is cared about.
