The receptionist is so rude on the phone that it literally made my anxiety worse and made me feel bad for ringing. She slammed the phone down after speaking to me like dirt. I would not recommend this surgery at all but have no choice as was given it through moving.
Doctors however,are nice.

Rude staff. Poor practice policies. Poor healthcare, nothing good to say at all. Was a great surgery and over last 10 years has deteriorated to a standard that is not fit for use.

Summerhill is a great surgery offering a fantastic level of care.
The only thing that let's it down is trying to get an appointment! I've had to redial over 200 times before getting through.
However it is an acceptable irritation when compared to the level of service received.

Cannot see a doctor when I want to!!!
After the hundredth phone call, if I get through, there is no appts. left for that day and told to ring back tomorrow.

Need another full time GP and improved system for making appointment, booking system etc.
