The receptionists are very helpful and always suggest an alternative if you cannot get an appointment that you want. The system of having to phone at 8 o'clock in the morning to get an appointment is very frustrating and you usually have to phone for several days running until you can get one. If you try to book an appointment in advance, they only do appointments several weeks in advance and it would be helpful if you could book appointments days in advance instead. There have been one or two occasions where changes in prescriptions have resulted in a mix-up, where no one could tell me where the prescription was - at the surgery or the chemist. This involved a lot of phone-calls and visits to the chemist on my part until it was resolved. But the staff always do their best to solve any problems and they always seem very happy and cheerful!
