Flu Jab....just been for mine and so impressed and appreciative of dedication of staff giving up weekend to provide this service. A BIG thank you to them. They were efficient, cheerful and friendly...full marks to them and the whole Practice. NB. I am not suggesting problem with getting an appointment is their fault; likely Practice overwhelmed with patients which is an NHS deficiency and needs flagging up.

Having been a patient at this surgery my whole life I can honestly say it's worse than ever right now. It's extremely difficult to get an appointment, I phoned recently and by 8.06 all appointments had gone, It really isn't acceptable. If this was a school having an ofsted it would 100% be in special measures. Maybe someone should look into it, you only have to sit in the waiting room to hear how unhappy the patients are. Dr Grover is great and so are thenurses.

The practice does not appear to retain GPs for long and hence there are major difficulties in securing an appointment. It requires telephoning in at 8.15, the lines are constantly busy and after as much as 40 minutes of constant attempts, it is frustrating to be told there are no appointments, to ring again the next day. Some days my experience has been much better and occasionally there are appointments. Once an appointment given, the delay is sometimes unacceptable - at least 40 minutes or more and many comment in the surgery about some partners. Once with the GP, consultations have characteristically been focused, good and helpful, sometime excellent.
