I’ve been a patient here since I was born. It is difficult to get an appointment with your preferred GP, this is understandable as too many people don’t keep their appointments.
Strathmore is extremely busy but I have never encountered a rude or unhelpful member of staff.
As a family we suffer from lifelong chronic conditions but Strathmore staff couldn’t be more supportive. They cared for my parents too and gave them more than medical support over the years.
Perhaps a small fee may deter time wasters as the dental practices currently do would be worth trying. The NHS was started as a free system and charging really goes against the grain. Thank you Strathmore staff, not forgetting the excellent Pharmacy staff either.
