Some of the receptionists need to improve their communication and the appointment system is erratic. Patients find difficulty to get a suitable appointment either urgent or advance ! Some receptionists do not even know who are the doctors on duty for the day or they did not tell the truth. There are two excellent permanent doctors whom I am happy to see when require. However, some Locums are not helpful or does not know what she/he is doing. I had experienced to see a Locum for emergency appointment but I had no treatment or examination, in return I went back the next day to see my normal Gp for treatment. To my opinion, it is a waste of resources for having useless locums.
