Problem with this surgery is not the doctors or nurses its the receptionists. Very rude and not helpful!... been with this surgery for nearly 10 yrs but when they have a new receptionist last yr my nightmare begins. How can these people work at a surgery who hang up the phones when you are asking for help/appointment for your two astmatic kids. Took both my kids even she only give 1 appointment. Thankfully the asthma nurse was so good and helpfull, was even sorry for what happened and said i did the right thing to just bring both of them. First time it happens I just ignored it coz anyways my kids has been seen but, happens 2x now so complain it is!.. Not having this rudeness anymore
