The problem with this surgery is not the doctors it's one of the receptionist . I've asked for an appointment for my 2 kids to be seen by the asthma nurse. But was told that only 1 can be seen and the other one is after a month. told her that my girl needs a follow up check up as she's been discharged for asthma attack and my son run out of his brown inhailer. I've ask if it's possible to ask for prescription but said he needs to be seen but insisting that only 1 can be seen and I need to choose between my kids who is more important. Not so helpful and worse part hang up the phone. So I took both my kids together even only one has appointment. Thankfully the asthma nurse Cathryn/Kathryn was very helpfully and she was the one who's sorry for what happen. Then it happen again with the same receptionist she was so rude! Hang up the phone again! Will be complaining this time !!!!....
