I turned up for my second shingles jab, which was made by the surgery. They rang me to book me in. When I went into see the nurse, who was very polite and helpful, she advised me that I couldn’t have the jab as the criteria had changed and I had to wait a clear 6 months before I could have the second jab. Surely the person who made this appointment should have had this information? So I had a wasted journey.
