The whole practice is professional, friendly and helpful , from G.Ps , Nurses, other clinical Professionals and Receptionists. Office and Telephonists are no exception either , always offering assistance & advice.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. There is usually a 2-3 week wait for routine/no-urgent GP appointments. Once all of the available routine appointments are full, patients will have to wait until the next rota release before we can offer further routine appointments. For urgent on the day health concerns please contact the surgery and your request will be passed to the duty doctor. If they are not able to resolve your problem over the phone they will book you a face-to-face appointment for that day.
