I have bad asthma and the surgery have been amazing , supportive and worked with me to find a treatment that works
The only thing was when I called to say I was having an asthma attack and called for help , the receptionist said they were at capacity and asked me to call bank the next day . When I said I was really struggling she asked her manager and I was able to get to see someone straight away
Suggested improvements
Nothing apart from maybe a bit more training for the new receptionist
I have no complaints
