The health practioners are wonderful. Their service is excellent. Getting through the receptionists is a chore and some of them are rude and unhelpful. Some are lovely and very helpful. There should be an effective online appointment system. The eConsult facility hasn't worked for months. More patients should be involved in focus groups to give feedback to the practice manager. And it would be good to see the practice manager to talk through concerns about admin. We are the ones at the service end, after all.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate that our phone lines can be busy, especially first thing in the morning, however during this time we do offer a call back option. If you select this you will retain your position in the queue and we will call you back when you are at the front of the queue. eConsults are available Monday to Friday from 7am onwards until all our e-consult slots are gone for the day. At times of high demand we may switch them off and patients will need to wait until the next open day to submit them. If you would like to discuss any specific concerns please contact the practice.
