The midwife at this surgery is more than useless. She does not fill me with any confidence in her. She does not appear to be remotely interested in her patients, and if you try to get hold of her on any day other than Tuesday you have no hope, as she is always off.
The receptionists are rude and unhelpful and getting an appointment any time soon is as easy as finding hens teeth.
